KiCad8 导出的 IPC-2581 可以导入 Ansys 仿真吗?

什么是 IPC-2581?
IPC-2581是一种用于电子设计数据传输的标准格式。它是由IPC(电子行业协会)制定的,旨在解决电子设计中数据交换的标准化和自动化问题。IPC-2581的起源可以追溯到早期的Gerber格式,Gerber格式是PCB(Printed Circuit Board,印刷电路板)设计中用于描述PCB布局的标准文件格式。然而,Gerber格式存在一些局限性,不足以满足现代电子设计的复杂需求。IPC-2581的目的是提供一种更为全面、准确、灵活的数据交换格式,以支持现代电子设计的需求,包括从原理图到布局到制造的全流程设计数据传输。 IPC-2581 与 Gerber 的区别IPC-2581是一种综合性的数据传输格式,旨在传递PCB设计的全部信息,包括电路板的物理和电气特性、材料、层叠、电气规则等。 Gerber则是描述 PCB 物理图形和图层的标准化文件格式,主要用于PCB制造和制板数据输出。
IPC-2581文件包含了PCB设计的全部信息,既有图形数据,也有非图形数据如PCB材料、电气规则等属性信息。 Gerber文件只包含了PCB每层的图形数据,如铜箔图形、钻孔位置等,不包含非图形属性数据。
3. 格式不同: IPC-2581遵循一种基于XML的智能化数据格式,方便计算机自动解析和处理数据。 Gerber则是比较老的图形文件格式,缺乏智能化描述,人机都可读,但计算机处理能力较差。
4. 应用领域不同: KiCad 中导出 IPC-2581
在 KiCad 8 中,点击“制造输出->IPC-2581 文件(.xml)” 即可导出 IPC-2581 格式的文件。
导入 Ansys 仿真?
目前 KiCad 导出的 2581 还暂时不支持直接导入 Ansys 中进行仿真。原因是目前 KiCad 导出的 2581 还仅支持 PCB 的制造(Fabrication)及装配(Assembly)。
如果希望 KiCad 支持完整的 IPC-2581 输出,可以在 Gitlab 中提出需求。
板厂接受 IPC-2581 吗?由于 Gerber 与 IPC-2581 的兼容性原因,目前国内的大部分板厂还不支持 IPC-2581。与之相比,国外的一些板厂或电子公司如 Sierra Circuit、TTM、FNC(Fujisu Network Communication)等已经完全导入了 IPC-2581 的支持。目前主流的 PCB EDA 工具(Altium、Allegro、Expedition等)也都支持 IPC-2581 格式的导出。以下是部分支持 IPC-2581的板厂:公司 | 使用软件 | IPC-2581 A | IPC-2581 B | Stack-up Exchange | Any Menufacturing Company | Genesis, CAM350, AEGIS, WISE, Siemens | ✔ | ✔ |
