Please tried again later.dial /ˈdaɪ.əl/ 拨号，按号码❖to operate a phone or make a phone call to someone by choosing a particular series of numbers on the phone例：Can I dial this number direct, or do I have to go through the operator?我可以直接拨这个号码还是需要通过话务员接转?关机像是电器关闭电源的操作，英语中表述为shutdown电子设备关机可以用power off。
3.被叫不在服务区：对不起！您拨打的用户暂时无法接通，请稍后再拨。Sorry！The subscriber you dialed can not be connected for the moment,please redial later.用户这个词，在英语中我们最熟悉的是user，而这句话中我们用到的是subscriber。subscriber❖ someone who subscribes to a product, service, or organization订购者，订阅人;用户;定期捐款者例：Cable television companies have launched major campaigns to increase their number of subscribers.有线电视公司已开展大型促销活动以增加用户数。你可以感受到subscriber比user这个词表达的更精准，user只是使用这个功能的人，而subscriber还包含了你主动去与提供方达成协议付费或者操作使用的涵义。在YouTube上订阅某个频道视频的人也叫作subscriber。
