Eltex G3W纬纱传感器简介

始于1964年，瑞典的Eltex公司一直是纬纱自停装置的领先制造商。经过不断改良和进一步的发展，其产品现已适用于多种类型的纺织机器。目前的机型专门用于满足高速现代编织机的各种需求。 Eltex断纱传感器均工作于压电原理。

纬纱传感器G3W利用压电原理，把线的震动转化成电信号，用放大器放大。传感器有一个电流输出和4或8个陶瓷眼。

当绿灯闪烁时为有线状态。

防双纬多纬：纬纱传感器G3W不但可以监测一条或两条纬纱，还可以监测多条纬纱。

The movement of the weft yarn is best detected if the yarn angle is10–15° through the eyelet.

Eltex G3W Can Replace previous sensors

The G3w weft sensor can replace E2016,E2060 and E2071weft sensors. E2070, without gain potentiometer and used onlyfor either single or double weft insertion, can also be replaced by the G3w.Eltex can supply adapter connectors and adapter cables. Please mention the partnumber to replace.

Eltex G3W可替代先前的传感器：

纬纱传感器G3W可替代传感器的型号有E2016, E2060 和 E2071. G3W同样也替代E2070，E2070没有增益调节，只能监测单纬或双纬。Eltex还提供适配连接器和电缆，请认准产品号替代。

Eltex 可以为几乎所有编织机提供原厂或升级替换用的纬纱自停装置。
